About Amanda
The mission of Amanda's Hope is to continue Amanda's legacy of faithful service to others by providing scholarship opportunities to students directly impacted by cancer and blood disorders.
Amanda White Ashworth was a wife, mother, daughter, and teacher. She was born on July 6, 1978, grew up in Fayette County, GA, graduating from Sandy Creek High School in 1996. Amanda was diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome in July, 2016. She passed away in April, 2017, from complications resulting from a bone marrow transplant.
